Cheers! steve Check your air con works. I just bought a 95k miler, 4yrs old. The service history is fully stamped up by the same garage from new, up until only 3k miles ago so I figured aircon would be ok. WRONG, air con not covered in standard service, its a separate one apparently. Yep, snapped compressor shaft! I'm going to wait for the spring and keep an eye on the breakers for one! Quote
Guest HairyPlateEater Posted October 17, 2006 Report Posted October 17, 2006 Welcome! Id suggest going through the FAQ and checking everything that is listed thats relevant to your model/engine type! It'll all go sooner or later so might as well know what you're facing now lol  2.3's are a sturdy time proven engine, so a good service should keep it on the ball. Enjoy your Gal! Paul Quote
sepulchrave Posted October 17, 2006 Report Posted October 17, 2006 You could treat it to fresh oil and filter and check the belts. Charge the battery and check antifreeze concentration should about do it for winter. ;) Quote
